Competitive Pay Weekly PayWe are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape & Erosion Control Helper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist crews with landscaping and erosion-control projects at various job sites
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with installation of erosion-control materials, drainage systems, silt fencing, and related products
- Perform general landscaping and site cleanup
- Help prepare and maintain job sites
- Use hand tools and basic equipment as directed
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform other general labor duties as needed
Qualifications:- Previous landscaping, construction, erosion-control, or general labor experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person
- Must be dependable and have good attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Must be able to work well with a crew and follow directions
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
- A valid driver's license is a plus
