Senior Project Accountant

Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience: 3+ years construction project accounting / project finance Construction industry experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of percentage-of-completion (POC) revenue recognition and WIP accounting; IFRS 15 familiarity preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (lookups, pivots, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and make data‑driven recommendations. Clear, confident communicator who can partner with Operations while maintaining independent reporting through Finance; comfortable challenging a PM's numbers respectfully and holding teams accountable without losing the relationship. Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple active projects simultaneously with a clear audit trail.
