Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels. Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs. Meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. Participate in continuous learning and development activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields. Valid insurance licenses. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-driven with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
Compensation:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Bella Vista, AR and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
