APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Proactively aligning people strategy with business goals, the full-time Senior People Operations Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, overseeing HR functions, employee relations, and organizational design in a remote or Los Angeles-based environment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide advisement and coaching to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
Manage the People Team across HR, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and DEI initiatives
Drive organizational change management and ensure compliance with evolving labor laws and workplace policies
Required qualifications:
8+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, with direct ownership of employee relations and compensation
Experience shipping at least one video game (console and PC preferred)
Demonstrated experience as a strategic advisor in leadership or executive staff meetings
Experience leading a small, cross-functional team in HR operations and recruiting
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
