Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate shipping documents, delivery records, and logistics paperwork.
Enter shipment information into computer systems and update records.
Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and transportation activities.
Monitor shipment statuses and help resolve delivery or scheduling issues.
Provide administrative support to warehouse and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administrative, warehouse, transportation, or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to work the full 2nd-shift schedule.
