Rooms To Go is seeking a Department Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, lead shop teams, and maximize profitability. The role requires hands-on woodworking and mechanical skills with a keen eye for detail. You will hire, train, and develop staff, ensure safety standards, and maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing shop environment in a fast-paced setting. Travel up to 20% may be required.
