APPLY NOWVice President of Quality (QA/QC) Greater Charlotte, NCWe are seeking an experienced Senior Leader to oversee all QA and QC staff for a growing manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and dietary supplement. The position has overall responsibility for Quality Assurance, & Quality Control / Analytical Development, including cross-functional work with leaders on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams.
The Role: Lead >100 employees across multiple local manufacturing sites; you will:
- Lead QA and QC operations across multiple manufacturing shifts
- Oversee regulatory and third-party audits, both planned and unplanned
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and internal quality systems
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production, Regulatory, and Innovation
- Manage interactions with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and FDA inspectors
- Drive continuous improvement across the Quality organization
- Your Background 10+ years leading large teams with oversight of both QA and QCBackground in pharmaceutical and/or dietary supplement manufacturing (Animal Health experience is a plus)
- Regulatory and third-party audit experience; FDA and GMP experience is requiredBSc in a technical fieldSEEKING a Patient / Humble, Servant-Leader
- Compensation$250,000+ base salary + up to 20% annual bonus
