Account Executive | San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle, WA | Field-Based, 50-60% Travel Euclid Vision Corp. brings together Euclid, a longstanding provider of orthokeratology lenses, and Visionary Optics, known for advanced scleral lens design, giving you a portfolio that spans myopia management and complex corneal care from a single call point. This is a strong fit for an experienced medical device sales professional with established relationships among eye care professionals who is looking for a growing product line and a defined territory to build. Why This Territory, Why Now A newly launched product line to sell: Euclid just introduced Be Free® Day, a silicone hydrogel daily disposable, now available in a toric design, giving you soft-lens myopia management options, including for astigmatic patients. Alongside Euclid MAX™ and Euclid Emerald® overnight Ortho-K, there's no new equipment or chair-time workflow for your accounts to adopt. A scleral portfolio built for the toughest fits: Visionary Optics' Europa and Latitude lines, including the Europa Tangent three-zone design, are backed by profilometry data from more than 10,000 fittings, giving you real clinical proof points for keratoconus, post-surgical, and dry eye conversations. A visible seat at the industry table: our team is on the floor at GSLS and other major specialty lens meetings every year, which means built-in access to the ECPs and KOLs who drive category adoption. A no-trial-set fitting philosophy on the Ortho-K side (87% first-fit success) that removes one of the biggest adoption barriers you'll face when opening a new account. What You'll Own Drive revenue and market share across an assigned major U.S. territory, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build and defend relationships with customers — the practices that anchor territory performance. Shape territory strategy: run your own analysis, build a plan that ladders up to the national sales strategy, and adjust as the competitive landscape shifts. Bring the voice of the customer back to the business. Your field insight may inform product and service decisions. Represent Euclid and Visionary Optics at trade shows, clinical meetings, and distributor events, including flagship shows like GSLS. Partner with distributors to expand access and support their sales teams selling Euclid products. What You Bring 5+ years of medical device sales experience, with a track record of hitting and exceeding territory targets. Specialty contact lens, optometric, or ophthalmic industry experience strongly preferred — you already speak the language of ECPs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Working fluency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM. Comfort with 50-60% travel and a genuine enjoyment of being in front of accounts, not behind a desk. You’ll Thrive Here If You're Customer-obsessed. You measure success by whether the practice and the patient win, not just the invoice. Excellent at execution. You turn a territory plan into pipeline without needing to be micromanaged. A strong communicator and collaborator across sales, marketing, and distributor partners. A sharp, critical thinker who reads competitive shifts early and adjusts before they cost you the account.
