HVAC Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: Manage projects from ground-up through closeout, including schedule, budget, contracts, and overall executionWork closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal teamsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, buyout, and project documentationMonitor project costs, schedules, and overall performanceLead project meetings and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and moving forwardQualifications~5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor~ Proven experience managing commercial, institutional, educational, or government projects~ Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, budgets, and schedules~ Procore experience preferredCompensation & Benefits~ Competitive salary based on experience~ Annual bonus~100% company-paid medical~ Projects located throughout New JerseyWe're looking for a hands-on PM who knows how to run a project and takes ownership from the ground up.
