Proven experience in MTS product implementationStrong understanding of payment processing systems and payment modernization programsExperience delivering multiple MTS implementations from initiation through production deploymentAbility to contribute independently with minimal supervision and rampup effortStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environmentsPreferredHandson experience with RTPS RealTime Payment SystemsExperience supporting domestic and international payment platformsKnowledge of payment message standards including ISO 20022 Experience with ACH Wire RTP FedNow SWIFT SEPA or equivalent payment systemsExposure to banking and financial services payment operationsUnderstanding of payment workflows settlement processes reconciliation and exception managementSkillsMandatory Skills : ACI MTSGood to Have Skills : ACI UPF
