Growing Real Estate Asset Manager in Stamford seeks Property Accountant to join a lean team, reporting to the CFO. This is a newly created role due to growth. Responsibilities include:
-Financial statement prep for real estate properties-Month end, year end closing-Handling leases, rent payments, accruals, etc.-Processing AP and AR-Working with property management and finance teams with other accounting tasks
