APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Electrical Project Manager A well-established local electrical contractor is looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to their team. The company has a strong backlog of local commercial and industrial projects and is looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from contract through completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to manage meaningful local projects with an established contractor rather than constantly traveling to different markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with General Contractors, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to keep projects on schedule
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Monitor project costs and financial performance
- Attend project meetings and maintain customer relationships
- Help resolve project issues and keep work moving forward
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Requirements:
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience
- Previous Electrical Project Manager experience
- Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background
- Strong understanding of electrical construction
- Experience managing project budgets and schedules
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
