Details Rehab Therapy Services unit at a hospital setting Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week Uses Epic for charting Requirements Current/valid state Physical Therapist license required (if applicable) BLS certification from the American Heart Association required, must not expire prior to start ACLS certification from the American Heart Association preferred Minimum 1 year of related experience required, preferably in a clinic setting 1 year of ultrasound experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school required Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills required Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions Develops and implements individualized treatment plans and evaluates patient progress Works as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment Returning Intermountain employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-.
