This is a senior growth role for someone who knows how to turn digital audiences into paying subscribers and wants to own the entire acquisition engine. VP of Growth | News Outlet | New York, NY | #3657310-1You’ll be responsible for: • Driving digital subscription growth through aggressive, measurable acquisition strategies • Owning email, text, tracking, influencer, and conversion growth channels • Developing new subscriber acquisition ideas and rapidly testing performance • Analyzing conversion data and adjusting strategies based on results • Leading execution across developers, technical partners, and internal teams • Building scalable systems for tracking subscriber acquisition and revenue • Acting as the growth quarterback from concept through executionWE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH: • Proven success growing digital subscriptions or recurring-revenue products • Strong experience with digital acquisition, conversion, and retention • Experience managing email, text, influencer, and tracking programs • An entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership • The ability to analyze performance data and rapidly adjust strategy • Enough technical fluency to work effectively with developers and digital platforms • Full-time availability and the ability to work near New York City
