Welder – 1st Shift St. Charles, IL $25–$30/hrWe are currently hiring an experienced Welder for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity in St. Charles, IL.
What you’ll be doing:
TIG/GTAW welding and fabricationWelding stainless steel and other metal componentsWorking with 2" schedule pipePerforming 6G pipe weldingReading and interpreting blueprints/drawingsPreparing, fitting, and fabricating parts for weldingMaintaining a clean and safe work areaCompleting quality checks to ensure welds meet specificationsWhat we’re looking for:3–5 years of welding experienceStrong TIG/GTAW experienceExperience with stainless steelExperience with 316/308 Previous pipe welding experienceAbility to weld in the 6G positionAbility to successfully complete a welding/pipe testBlueprint reading and fabrication experience preferredSchedule:1st shiftFull-timePay: $25–$30/hr, depending on experienceRef: #672-STS Chicago
