Education: HS Graduate/GEDOne of our clients is seeking a Group Home Manager in Brick, NJ. There are three group homes that are in need of Managers. CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS AND COMPENSATIONup to 40 hours per week. Salary $62.700 annually ($30hr)SHIFTS AND LOCATIONSGroup Home 1 (More Behavioral Residence)- Tuesday through Saturday Schedule. 2 days in the evenings 3pm - 11pm, 3 Days in the morning 7am-3pm/ 8am - 4pmGroup Home 2 (Medical Male Residence) - Sunday Through Thursday Schedule. 2 days in the evenings 3pm - 11pm, 3 Days in the morning 7am-3pmGroup Home 3 (Medical Female Residence) - Sunday through Thursday Schedule - 2 days in the evenings 3pm - 11pm, 3 Days in the morning 7am - 3pm (Sunday) 9am - 5pm onlySUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITYTo plan, supervise, manage and direct the overall operation of the residence. Will flex work hours to meet the needs of the program. Provide training, supervision and support to subordinate staff. Ensure compliance with funding sources and provides effective oversight in the functions of the residential programs. Must network and communicate effectively with funding sources, supervisors, co-workers, subordinate staff, participants, and community partners. CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position; must possess the ability to supervise, manage and direct programs.
