Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build a long-term career in production, we're looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and take pride in doing quality work. When will I start? Where will I be located? This role is based on-site at our Kansas City, MO facility. Start date is flexible. Who will I report to? You will report directly to Production Leadership and work closely with Team Leads and fellow assemblers on the production floor. Who will report to me? This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. What will I do? You'll work hands-on building wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related products that go directly into equipment used in the field. This role is about learning core manufacturing skills, producing quality work, and building a long-term career within our production organization. Day to day, you'll assemble products using work instructions, drawings, hand tools, and production equipment. You'll learn how to read and follow build documentation, identify quality issues, and ensure assemblies are completed accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with Team Leads and experienced assemblers to build consistency and confidence in your skills while helping the team hit production and quality goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes learning practical skills, and wants to grow within a manufacturing environment. What will I make?
