Amityville, NY The Company: NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc., headquartered in Amityville, Long Island NY, is a world-wide leader in the manufacturing of electronic security systems for over 45 years is seeking an Inventory Transaction Coordinator. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:- Perform a wide variety of duties including order processing, credit adjustments, parts warehousing, field service, national accounts program, and all merchandising.
- Managing order processing for large accounts using proprietary vendor systems.
- Processing customer orders.
- Work with other distributors, sales reps and sales management over the phone and email.
- Work with shipping, warehouse, and repair personnel to expedite orders.
- Participate in return to vendors with purchasing department.
Requirements:- Experience with AS400.
- Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Great follow up skills.
- Self-starter.
