Senior Director of Social Work, Long-Term Care

Horizon Care Center is seeking a qualified Social Work Director to plan, organize, develop, coordinate and direct the Social Work Department and its programs in alignment with federal, state, and local guidelines and accepted practice standards. The role reports to the Administrator and requires LMSW licensure, a Master of Social Work, and extensive experience in long-term care social work, including leadership responsibilities.
