Senior Engagement Manager

Location: Washington, D.C. – Hybrid

Job Type: Full-Time / FTEWe are looking for an experienced Senior Engagement Lead – Risk & Fraud Analytics to lead strategic Data, Analytics & AI engagements for a key client. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Payments Analytics, Fraud Risk Management, Advanced Analytics, and Business Consulting, along with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic Data, Analytics & AI engagements from strategy through delivery.- Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify analytics opportunities.- Drive Payments, Fraud & Risk Analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights.- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful engagement delivery.- Build trusted relationships with senior business and analytics leaders.- Identify opportunities for data, analytics and AI-led value creation. Looking For:- Strong experience in Payments / Banking / FinTech.- Proven expertise in Fraud Analytics / Risk Analytics / Payment Analytics.- Background in Management Consulting / Business Consulting / Analytics Consulting.- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management experience.- Experience leading Data & Analytics or AI engagements.- Excellent communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.- Experience in identifying business opportunities / value creation is a plus.
