Pay: $200 per completed SOCAt least two SOCs per shift
Up to 5-6 SOCs per weekend No hourly requirementSOC assignments provided no later than the day prior Mileage reimbursement

Requirements:
- Current WA RN license 1+ year clinical nursing experience in a Home Health agency
- Current AHA BLSStrong assessment and independent practice skills
- Reliable transportation
Essential Duties:
- Complete weekend Start-of-Care admissions
- Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation
- Establish the initial Plan of Care
- Educate patients and families
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
