LA-Based Music Transactions & Business Affairs Counsel

APG is seeking an Attorney, Legal & Business Affairs in Los Angeles, CA. This role reports to the EVP/Head of Legal & Business Affairs and requires in-person presence at least four days a week. The attorney will draft and negotiate recording and publishing agreements, advise on IP matters, manage deal flow, and support deal structuring with the A&R and business affairs teams.
