As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a vital role in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, assisting in the recovery from surgery, injury, or illness.
About the Role:
As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with patient assessments, treatments, and medications
- Administering injections, vaccinations, and other medications as prescribed by physicians
- Providing wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments as needed
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the registered nurse
- Participating in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
