Job Opportunity The Property Insurance Association of Louisiana (PIAL) is seeking a self‑motivated and well‑organized individual for commercial building insurance inspections in South Louisiana. There are two open positions. The successful candidate should have a college degree and a background in property insurance, appraisals, or construction; however, PIAL is willing to train an otherwise qualified candidate. The successful candidate should also have a good driving record, strong computer skills, solid math skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, an ability to travel within the South Louisiana region, and a strong attention to detail. The position allows the individual to work from their home. Given the territories, the ideal living locations would be in the Lafayette area and the metropolitan New Orleans area. These are full‑time positions. PIAL has been a trusted resource in the Louisiana insurance industry since 1888.
