IEP Program Lead & Collaboration Specialist

FullBloom is seeking an IEP Specialist to coordinate and evaluate our educational program in an Ohio campus. You will mentor classroom staff, collaborate with the Director and resource team, and support onboarding of new staff while ensuring IEPs and services meet ISBE requirements. You will work closely with principals, teachers, families, and district partners to implement transition planning, monitor data, and drive positive outcomes for students needing targeted support.
