We are seeking an experienced GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Architect with a focus on HIPAA regulations to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, risk management, and compliance, with a deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and experience with implementing HIPAA-compliant GRC solutionsResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain HIPAA-compliant GRC programs, processes, and systems, including risk management, compliance, and audit processesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify risk and compliance requirements, with a focus on HIPAA regulationsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulationsProvide guidance and support to teams in regards to HIPAA regulations and best practicesMonitor and report on HIPAA compliance, including performing regular audits and risk assessmentsStay up-to-date with changes to HIPAA regulations and best practices, and implement appropriate updates to GRC programs and systemsProvide training and guidance to end-users on HIPAA regulations and best practicesParticipate in incident response activities and support security investigations as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, with a focus on HIPAA regulationsStrong knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance, with a deep understanding of HIPAA regulationsAbility to design, implement, and maintain HIPAA-compliant GRC solutionsExperience with security incident response and forensicsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
