Remote Seasonal Technical Support Specialist

Greenshades Software is seeking Seasonal Technical Support Agents to assist customers with payroll, HR, and tax software during year-end peak season. You will resolve issues, guide users, and deliver confident, empathetic service. This remote, high-volume role requires strong communication, problem solving, and reliability. Training will be provided, and you will work flexible shifts November through February to ensure successful client outcomes.
