Smokin' Jack's BBQ on Murray Ave has 30 taps, an extensive bourbon list and beer towers, and we're launching late nights. We need a craft cocktail bartender who can bring the crowd in and keep them coming back.
What you'll do:
Run the bar for evening and late-night service
Make and create craft cocktails, and help build our cocktail menu
Promote late-night specials, events and the bar to guests and online
Create and post content for the bar on social media: cocktails, events and nightlife
Build a loyal late-night crowd on the East Side
Handle closing duties, stocking, cash handling and cleanliness
Requirements:
Must have craft cocktail experience
Must have experience with social media and promotions
Bourbon and whiskey knowledge is a strong plus
Outgoing and able to drive sales and build regulars
Available for nights and weekends, including late nights on Friday and Saturday
Responsible Beverage Server certification, or willing to obtain it
