Crew Member Central Minnesota · Post-frame / Pole Barn Construction

Ensminger Ag Construction builds post-frame buildings for farms, businesses, and homes. The work is physical, precise, and outside in Minnesota weather. You will set posts, frame walls, hang steel, run trim, and finish buildings that have to stand for decades. If you need to be told what to do every ten minutes, this is the wrong job. What we expect: You show up early, ready, and sober. You own your mistakes the same day you make them. You measure twice because the building does not care how you feel. You stay until the task is done right, not until the clock says you can leave. You treat tools, materials, and the customer’s property like they are yours. You can take a direct correction without sulking, and you can give onethout dWe are small. That means your work is visible. Good work gets noticed. Lazy work gets noticed faster. What you get if you earn it: Pay starts where skill and reliability put you, and it moves when you do. Overtime is real when the schedule demands it. The people who stay and get sharp do not stay lab There is a foreman seat for the person who wants it. Not a title we hand out. A seat you take by running a site clean, keeping a crew productive, talking straight with the customer, and making the day go without the owner standing over you. If you want that job, say so. Then prove you can hold it. Who this is for: Above-average people who are tired of crews that drag. People who want a skill they can take anywhere and a company that will put them in charge if they are worth it. People who would rather be challenged than comfortable. Who this is not for: Anyone looking for easy days, constant supervision, or a place that tolerates no-shows, excuses, and half-finished work. Apply somewhere else. You will be happier, and so will we. EEOC Statement: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
