No 3rd parties, please. ABOUT SIDE ROAD CONSULTANTSSide Road Consultants (SRC) (https://www.sideroadconsultants.com) is an HR Technology consultancy that embeds senior HR practitioners into enterprise HR teams to deliver complex initiatives. Our consultants are seasoned practitioners who own their work end-to-end, attend client meetings as the SRC voice and vendor meetings as the client voice, and are accountable from kickoff to launch.
THE ROLE: We are hiring a Senior Change Management, Communications and Training Lead for our client’s enterprise ERP and HCM implementation and concurrent organizational transformation. You will own the organizational change management and training workstream from strategy through go-live and adoption, and you will manage a team of four to five training content developers. This is a hands-on, embedded role, not an oversight-only position, and preferable that you are Prosci certified. You will partner with the OCM Implementation lead from Side Road, set direction for the training team, review and shape the content they produce, and roll up your sleeves on change plans, communications, and readiness. We need someone resourceful and quick on their feet, who finds answers fast instead of waiting for them. You are representing the client end-to-end as a senior change and training lead and “doer”. This is the caliber of consultant we hire and what Side Road Consultants is known for. A NOTE ON OUR HIRING PROCESSWe run a background check on every consultant, and we ask for 3 to 5 references that we actually pick up the phone and call. Engagement is contingent on both, consistent with applicable law. If that feels like a lot, we hear you. Here is the honest reason. AI has flooded our inbox with resumes for people who do not exist and experience that never happened. Sorting through it has been genuinely painful, and the people who lose out are the real practitioners who have actually done the work. So we check. Sorry to put you through it, and thank you for bearing with us.
