Commercial Pool Technician

Compensation: $26.00-$30.00/hour Full-time, hourly / Part-time, hourly

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools, spas, and water features, including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and backwashing. Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe and healthy conditions for swimmers. Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feeders, and automation systems. Monitor and adjust chemical feeders and automated control systems for proper operation. Identify potential issues or safety hazards and communicate findings promptly to management or clients. Maintain accurate service records, including water chemistry logs, maintenance reports, and repair documentation. Manage assigned service routes efficiently while upholding The Pool Pros' standards of quality and professionalism. Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to resolve service challenges and support company operations. Represent The Pool Pros with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
