If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow in a stable, high-demand field, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble switchgear units using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Cut, strip, and crimp wiring accurately
- Assist with sheet metal and conduit fabrication
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Work with a team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work overtime
- Work Environment
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Independent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Team lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Use of ladders up to 12 feet
- Work in tight spaces and noisy environments
- Industrial, fast-paced setting
Salary: $19/hr-$23/hr
