Policy: Client has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024

Key Responsibilities: Assess, prepare, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures. Continuously evaluates the patient’s needs, plan of care, and nursing actions, adjusting the plans as required to provide optimum patient outcomes. Administer and manage moderate sedation with a focus on patient safety. Collaborate with interventional radiologists and technologists during procedures such as angioplasty, embolization, biopsies, and central line placements.
