Manufacturing General Manager – P&L & Ops Leader

Aqueous Vets LLC in Redding, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead the site P&L and own all functions including manufacturing, purchasing, quality and EHS. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, cost reduction and world-class KPI performance. Reporting to the VP of Operations & Supply Chain, the GM will develop budgets, implement lean manufacturing initiatives, and lead a team to exceed safety, quality and delivery targets at the Redding facility.
