Description:
- Develop business in assigned territory through lead generation, prospecting and networking (in-person and virtually).Engage new and existing clients to generate contract, contract to hire and direct hire opportunities.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring the opportunities move through the hiring process as seamlessly as possible.
- Cold calling and prospecting to generate leads.
- Onsite visits will be required.
- Utilize sales tools, LinkedIn and networking to generate quality leads.
- Ensure all data regarding sales activities and position information is correctly documented in our systems
- Negotiating new contracts with clients including amendments and extensions
- What is required:
- Strong background in building and maintaining client relationships and/or sales experience with a focus in the Staffing or Consulting industry
- Previous experience in Staffing, IT Staffing, Technical Staffing, or related Business to Business Sales required
