Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Licensure: Active New York State PA License (Required).Certification:

Experience: Open to New Graduates.

Language: Must be Bilingual in Mandarin (Required).Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. Comfortable providing care in home settings.
• Soft Skills:
• Highly independent, excellent communication skills (particularly with Mandarin‑speaking patients), compassionate, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Prescribe medications and treatments within the PA scope of practice. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management. Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.
