Field-Based with Office Support Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our presence in the industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing markets. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new client partnerships, managing existing accounts, and helping companies solve their workforce challenges. You'll spend time both in the field meeting decision-makers and in the office developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with recruiting teams. Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and industrial clients Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and client meetings Manage and grow existing client accounts Track sales activity, pipeline management, and business development efforts through CRM systems Attend industry events, networking functions, and community business meetings Previous experience in staffing sales, business development, outside sales, or account management preferred Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Comfortable xaygatp working independently in a field-based environment Experience selling staffing services to industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse clients is a plus Uncapped commission structure Mix of field sales and office-based work If you're driven by building relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses grow through workforce solutions, we'd like to speak with you.
