Job DescriptioniCRYO Edgewater is a recovery-and-wellness center, and we're hiring a full-time Community Outreach Leader to be the engine that brings new Guests through our doors. You're an outreach and business-development professional first, based out of our center. Being in-center keeps you in our culture and ready to help cover the floor when you're in — but your real job is building relationships across the neighborhood and turning them into booked Guests: local partnerships, residential buildings, pop-ups, and events. You're the magnetic face of iCRYO in the community, and you own the pipeline end to end. What you'll own Outreach & business development (primary):Own our local outreach pipeline — businesses, buildings, and partners in our neighborhood radius — using our outreach system and tracker. Plan, run, and staff pop-ups and community events, and show up as the face of iCRYO.Move warm leads to booked, paying Guests, and follow up so we keep growing our network. Keep every touch logged and visible so we can see what's working. Help maintain a steady social media presence tied to our monthly plan and events. In-center coverage (supporting): Because you're based in the center, you help cover the floor and perform our lifestyle services when you're in. We will fully train you. Authority & reporting You report to the Managing Partner. Your directional authority is the outreach pipeline and the follow-up tied to it, and you can direct the team on that work. Everything else in the center runs through center leadership — this is not a second boss over the floor. How success is measured This role is defined by ROI: outreach activity, events run, and above all the new Guests and revenue those efforts drive. We want someone who owns outcomes, not just activity. Compensation$22/hour base plus an uncapped, ROI-based performance commission — built so that when you drive results, you are rewarded generously.iCRYO's Mission is to Elevate the quality of life of our Team Members, Guests and Franchisees by providing affordable, professional, and convenient personal health services while raising the standard as a global wellness brand.
