We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead budgeting, financial planning and analysis. This individual will oversee financial performance, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual operating and capital budgets, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.
Maximize reimbursement from payors.
Evaluate pricing strategies, charge structures, and revenue opportunities.
Analyze departmental profitability, expenses, staffing, and financial performance.
Oversee financial reporting, monthly close, and audit support.
Prepare financial projections and ROI analyses.
Develop financial benchmarks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
Healthcare experience a must.5+ years of progressive financial management experience.
