Grinding Machine Operator$19.50/hr | 10pm - 6:30am| Training ProvidedTOPS Staffing is hiring a Grinding Machine Operator for an established manufacturing company in Delmont, PA.This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll operate industrial grinding equipment to process plastic production scrap and turn rejected material into reusable raw materials. No grinding experience? That's okay. Training is provided. We're looking for dependable people who are comfortable working on their feet, can follow safety procedures, and are willing to learn. Schedule & PayShift: Night
Hours: 10pm to 6:30amStarting Pay: $19.50/hour
What You'll Do:- Operate and monitor industrial grinding equipment
- Feed rejected plastic pieces and production scrap into the grinder
- Load and unload totes containing processed material
- Weigh totes using industrial scales and verify material quantities
- Remove full totes and replace them with empty totes to keep production moving
- Sort and transfer scrap into designated tote bags
- Use a forklift to move materials when needed — training provided
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety and operating procedures
What We're Looking For:- High school diploma or GEDManufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements: This is an active manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and work for extended periods
- Perform repetitive lifting
- Push and pull loaded carts and totes
- Handle materials throughout the production area
- Work a Tuesday-Saturday afternoon/evening schedule
