This is a great opportunity for behavioral health professionals passionate about supporting children with autism and making a meaningful difference through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Support individualized ABA treatment programs
- Monitor client progress and behavioral outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and caregivers
- Assist with behavioral assessments and treatment planning as appropriate to credentials
- Provide clinical guidance and support within the scope of professional qualifications
- Help maintain high-quality, evidence-based ABA services
Requirements:
- Active BCBA or QASP credential
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with families and clinical teams
- Passion for working with children with autism
