APPLY NOWOur client, a leading energy and utilities company, is hiring an Inventory Manager! This is onsite 5 days a week in Wheatfield, Indiana.*This is a 12-month W2 contract with benefits and the possibility of extension! *In this role, you will support Inventory Management and Project Coordination for renewable energy operations. You will help keep inventory organized and accurate across renewable sites while supporting the team with materials, reporting, and day-to-day coordination. You’ll work with different teams and help keep inventory and small projects moving smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and returns.
Oversee warehouse and site storage locations, ensuring inventory is organized, labeled, secured, and properly maintained.
Lead inventory audits and resolve discrepancies while maintaining documentation for compliance.
Support procurement and inventory needs, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and vendor coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inventory management or a related field Strong inventory control and material management expertise.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Familiarity with solar generation, BESS, substations
