Your Mission:- Critical Care in the Skies
- Perform advanced assessments, therapies & emergency treatment during air and ground transports
- Accurately document patient care & billing—precision matters when lives depend on itCoordinate seamlessly with pilots, dispatch, and ground crews
- Stay at the top of your game through regular training, equipment checks & clinical rotations
Who You Are:- Paramedic Certification active in California 3+ years (5+ preferred) 911/pre-hospital field experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS (NRP & instructor creds a plus)FP-C certification within 24 months of hire
- Flight or transport experience preferred
- Able to pass a physical exam (lift up to 100 lbs), drug screen, and background check
- Meets safety-focused height/weight standards
