Hearing Care Concierge & Appointment Lead

HearUSA, part of WSA, is seeking a Retail Hearing Center Specialist to act as the frontline ambassador for hearing care services in a retail setting. You will drive lead generation, engage customers, and support clinical providers to book and manage appointments, while ensuring a superior client experience. You will handle basic hearing aid troubleshooting, product readiness, and follow-up processes, maintaining accurate records and contributing to growth metrics in a fast-paced environment.
