The Customer Concierge sets appointments for quotes and answers the company's main line. No cold calling, all leads are warm leads if the calls are outbound. JMI Windows & Doors is a small, family owned and operated company. This position requires a warm, friendly personality and flexibility to help other team members with other office duties as needed.
