Senior Director, Multifamily Acquisitions

Lyon Living is seeking a Director of Acquisitions to identify, underwrite, and close multifamily and mixed-use projects in a fast-paced market. You will report to the CIO and manage the pipeline from sourcing through due diligence and contract execution. The role requires deep capital markets relationships, advanced financial modeling, and a proven track record of sourcing both on-market and off-market deals. Travel up to 80% is expected.
