What you'll work on Greenfield and suburban development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites Site layout, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management from concept to construction drawings Entitlements, rezoning, and permitting with local municipalities and Indiana state agencies Working directly with developers, owners, and design consultants For PM-level candidates: running project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships
