Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Lexus vehicles, features, and financing options. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and product information to effectively convey benefits to customers.

Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and work well within a team.
