Finance And Accounting ManagerReporting to the Finance Director responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance and Accounting function including managing general accounting, P&L and balance sheet activities, financial analysis, financial reporting, interact with internal and external partners and stakeholders to support the Finance and Accounting activities.- Manage day-to-day activities related to general accounting, P&L and balance sheet, AP and AR- Gross-To-Net deductions, including chargebacks, admin fees and rebates calculations etc.- Prepare various sales reports for submission to external parties.- Prepare journal entries and adjustments for period-end closing, including inventory accounting, lease accounting.- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.- Analyze accounts partner with Sales team and others.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, plan and execute improvement projects.- Support internal controls, compliance and external audits.- Assist in any system changes, internal control programs.- Assist in ad hoc initiatives.
