Global Investigator (Triage)

The impact you will have: Validate and route hundreds of complaint dispositions per week, feeding a live asset-recovery pipeline. Catch the AI errors that matter, such as false positives, merged syndicates, and misclassified scam patterns, before they propagate downstream. Enrich complaint selectors using a stack of more than forty commercial data-source integrations. Own clean shift handoffs so the around-the-clock operation never drops a lead, providing EMEA-hours coverage that keeps the queue moving while colleagues in other regions are offline.

What we’re looking for: Investigative or analytical experience in the private or public sector. One to three years is fine: we want hungry people who want to grow into deep crypto expertise. Strong AI fluency, meaning comfort using AI tools as a daily co-pilot, plus the judgment to know when they are wrong. Excitement to deepen blockchain analysis skills. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment where the project's scope and emphasis may shift quarter to quarter. Strong written and verbal communication.
